If a handful of people can change the world for the
worse, then I am certain that a handful of people can change the world for the
better.
What will you do to make this world of ours, which feels so broken
right now, a better place?
There isn’t a lot that I can do as one
person because the world is a very big place. There are always the little
things I can do though. For instance, there are a lot of homeless people living
on the streets. Anytime I’m driving and see a homeless person I always stop and
give them at least $5. Also, one time while I was working at Pizza Hut a
homeless man came in and just wanted a soda. I begged the manager on duty to
let him order something off the menu for free or I was going to pay. But our
manager let him order. There isn’t just a problem with the homeless people but
as well as the homeless animals. And sometimes when people do pick up the
animals and bring them to a vet or shelter they get put to sleep and that is
just wrong!
